Homemade Salad Dressing in Six Easy Steps!

Making your own salad dressing is healthy, delicious, and cost efficient!

Step 1

Find and clean a reusable container

(If you don’t have a traditional dressing shaker, a mason jar or a peanut butter jar work just as well.)

Step 2
Add 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard

Step 3
Add 2 teaspoons white wine vinegar

Step 4

Add 6 teaspoons olive oil

(The ratio of oil to vinegar should be 3:1)

Step 5
Add salt and pepper to taste

A pinch of Kosher salt and of freshly-ground pepper should do the trick.

Step 6

Shake to combine & serve or refrigerate.
